The right of withdrawal

Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code states that any consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of physical reception by their care or the third party designated by him products ordered for Exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or to pay penalty.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

Product return conditions

The return of the product (s) is made without excessive delay and, at the latest in the fourteen (14) days of the communication of the customer's decision to retract, in his/their original packaging and in good condition, accompanied (s) of all possible accessories and documentation.
The product (s) must / must be in perfect state of resale.
The returned products travel at the cost and risks of the customer.
Any damaged, incomplete, absent product will not be reimbursed and will be re -expressed to the customer.

 

Reimbursement

Exclusion
